Billing and cancellation
Open Billing while signed in to view your plan or open Stripe's secure billing portal. You can cancel future renewal there. If you believe a payment is incorrect or want to exercise a legal right of withdrawal, use the withdrawal page or contact support.
Account and privacy
Contact support to request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data. We verify account ownership before completing sensitive requests. See the Privacy Policy for details.
AI responses
If an AI result fails, retry once after checking your connection. If the problem continues, include the feature name, approximate time and any visible error message in your support request. Do not send confidential customer information that is not needed to diagnose the issue.
