Send an unambiguous statement that you want to withdraw. Include your account email, subscription date, name and the date of your notice. The normal statutory period is 14 days from entering the service contract, but the law applicable to you controls.

We will confirm receipt on a durable medium and process any refund required by law. If the service began during the withdrawal period at your request, mandatory law may permit a proportionate charge for service already supplied. Your statutory rights are not reduced by these Terms.
Canceling renewal is separate
To stop future automatic renewal without exercising a statutory withdrawal right, open Billing and use the Stripe billing portal. Your paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.
